Welcome to the AML/CFT Portal

Self-assessment Questionnaires related to the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism are available through the link below :

The self-assessment ML/FT Risk Questionnaires:

  • are aimed at collecting figures related to the situation of your entity as on 31 December 2018
  • must be submitted by the person responsible for the control of the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing (“AML/CFT Compliance Officer”) as designated in accordance with Article 40(1) of CSSF Regulation N° 12-02 of 14 December 2012 on the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing

It is strongly advised to read the related user guide below to register, log in and complete the AML/CFT Questionnaires:

User Guide

In addition, “Completion Notes” are available online for each type of questionnaire in order to ensure the correct completion of the questionnaire.

To make the completion of the questionnaire easier, the AML/CFT Compliance Officer has the possibility to:

  • add/delete users (already registered on the platform) for an entity, allowing them to fill in the current questionnaires and display (in read-only mode) archived ones
  • request to be added to another entity

Nervertheless, the AML/CFT Compliance Officer remains the only one allowed to submit the questionnaires.

Some series of questions are based on an Excel template file (e.g. geographical risks) which must be first downloaded to be completed. In order to ensure a smooth and proper upload and exploitation of the file, please do not proceed to any changes of the Excel template (such as add/delete rows or columns, change the file name, change the file format) and restrict yourself to solely answering the given questions. Modified Excel templates will be rejected.

The deadline for the completion of the AML/CFT Questionnaire is 15.04.2019 COB.
