Authorisation of an investment fund vehicle or an investment fund manager

Summary

In order to carry out its activities in Luxembourg, a vehicle or an investment fund manager requires prior authorisation granted by the CSSF.

Simple registration is required for alternative investment fund managers (AIFMs) whose activities do not exceed certain regulatory thresholds.
