How to apply

The application file must include:

  • a detailed curriculum vitae;
  • a motivation letter with the reference of the position;
  • a copy of the ID card;
  • a copy of the diploma(s) and/or certificates required for the requested education.

Recruitment conditions

  • be a national of an EU Member State;
  • have the diploma or level of training required in the vacancy announcement.

For a position requiring a university degree:

Candidates holding a foreign university degree (who have completed at least three years' higher education) must attach the certificate of registration in the register of university degree titles issued by the Ministry for Higher Education and Research.

For a position requiring a high school diploma:

Candidates holding a certificate and/or a foreign high school diploma (e.g. CAP or BAC) must join a copy of the equivalence certificate of the foreign diploma issued by the Ministry of National Education, Children and Youth.


Before being hired, the candidate must provide an extract of the criminal record that is less than two months old.

The candidate may be excluded from the recruitment procedure based on the entry in the criminal record (the number of entries, the gravity of the offence(s) and the date of the conviction(s)).


Status of the CSSF Agents 

The successful candidate (m/f) will be hired as public employee ("employé de l’État") under a permanent contract. If the candidate meets the required conditions, s/he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant ("fonctionnaire de l’État").
