* Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 (the "CRR") is directly applicable since 1 January 2014. Directive 2013/36/EU (the "CRD IV"), which completes the provisions of the CRR, has been transposed into national law by the Law of 23 July 2015 and by CSSF Regulations N° 15-01 and 15-02. For further information, the reader should refer to Circulars CSSF 14/583 and CSSF 15/620.
