Conférence LBC/FT pour les professionnels du secteur financier spécialisés (uniquement en anglais)

On 3 December 2019, the CSSF organises an AML/CFT conference dedicated to Specialised Professionals of the Financial Sector (PFS-SP), from 4 PM to 5 PM at the Amphitheatre of the CHL (4, rue Ernest Barblé, L-1210 Luxembourg) (https://centre.chl.lu/fr/contact#parking)

Attendance is limited to two representatives per Specialised Professional of the Financial Sector i.e. the AML/CFT compliance officer (“le responsable du contrôle de la LBC/FT”) and, where appropriate, the compliance officer, as reported to the CSSF.

The conference will host speakers from the CSSF. They will provide feedback on the self-assessment ML/FT Risk questionnaire campaign performed in 2019 and will present key findings and expectations of the AML/CFT prudential supervision measures covering the main activities performed by the PFS-SP.
