Warning concerning the website www.alysa-group.com

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.alysa-group.com where an entity presents itself under the names Alysa Group and/or Alysa Finance Holding SA, Société de Gestion de Patrimoine Familial SPF and claims to be supervised by the CSSF.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity presented as Alysa Group and/or Alysa Finance Holding SA, Société de Gestion de Patrimoine Familial SPF is not regulated by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or form Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to specify that the company incorporated under Luxembourg law, Alysa Finance Holding S.A.SPF, which ceased its activities on 13 August 2019 is not related to the website referred to in this warning.
