Warning concerning the website www.irun-holdings.com

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.irun-holdings.com, where an entity offers investment services under the name “Irun Holdings” and pretends to be established at 46A, Avenue J.-F. Kennedy in L-1855 Luxembourg (Lëtzebuerg).

The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself on this website as “Irun Holdings” is unknown to it, that it is not regulated by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to specify that the company governed by Luxembourg law Irun Holdings S.à r.l. is not related to the website referred to in this warning.
