Warning concerning fraudulent activities by persons misusing the name and address of the Luxembourg company Altaia Capital

The CSSF warns the public of the website https://altaiagroup.com/index.html and of unknown persons presenting themselves as “funds” or “management company” with a registered office in Luxembourg and who offer investment services (including, in particular, a so-called “Livret Optimum”). In doing so, they misuse the name and address of the Luxembourg company Altaia Capital.

The CSSF would like to specify that the Luxembourg company Altaia Capital is not related in any way to the facts referred to in this warning
