EMIR Refit Reporting & EMIR Data Quality Supervision

The CSSF and the CAA are pleased to announce an in-person event in Luxembourg, on the EMIR Reporting, which will take place on Monday, 5 June 2023 and will be repeated on Tuesday, 6 June 2023 as well as on Wednesday, 7 June 2023. All sessions from 3 PM until 5.30 PM followed by a cocktail on the CSSF’s premises.

The main objectives of the conference are the following:

• Illustrate and raise awareness on the forthcoming entry into force of EMIR Refit Reporting, with a big bang approach, on 29 April 2024.
• Present the new EMIR Data Quality Strategy and the related initiatives that both the CSSF and the CAA have developed.

Admission

This event is free of charge and open to interested market participants.

The number of participants is limited to 45 external participants per session, with max. one participant and one session for each entity or association, on a first-come, first-served basis. This will give all interested parties the opportunity to attend.
