Undertakings for Collective Investment (UCIs) are investment funds. They include those subject to Part II of the Law of 17 December 2010 relating to undertakings for collective investment.

The CSSF’s prudential supervision aims to verify that UCIs subject to its supervision continuously observe all legal, regulatory and contractual provisions relating to their organisation and operation, with the objective to ensure investor protection and stability of the financial system.
