The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities of an entity named Insight Managed Funds which claims on the website https://insightmanagedfunds.com that Insight Liquidity Funds is regulated and supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).

The CSSF informs the public that Insight Managed Funds is unknown to it and has not been granted any authorisation to provide financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF informs the public that Insight Liquidity Funds plc is authorised and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland and that certain sub-funds are registered for sale in Luxembourg with the CSSF. Insight Liquidity Funds plc has no association with the abovementioned entity Insight Managed Funds.
