Warning regarding the activities of an entity named SOLYS Luxembourg

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of a scam where an entity called SOLYS Luxembourg is targeting investors to offer them a “Livret Epargne SOLYS+” (savings account SOLYS+).

The CSSF informs the public that the entity which presents itself as SOLYS Luxembourg is not regulated by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

Furthermore, the CSSF would like to clarify that the Luxembourg undertaking for collective investment SOLYS, which is duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the provisions of the Law of 17 December 2010 relating to undertakings for collective investment, has no connection with the entity that is the subject of this warning.
