The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) refers to two public warnings. The first warning, which was published on 28 January 2020, concerns the website https://power-spot.eu and involves an entity which claims to be established at 2-9 rue Edward Steichen, L-2540 Luxembourg, and to offer investment services under the name PowerSpot. The second warning, which was published on 4 December 2019, concerns the website  www.actio-prevoyance.com and involves an entity offering investment and wealth management services under the names ACTIO S.A. and Actio Prévoyance. These warnings are available on the CSSF’s website.

In this respect, the CSSF warns the public that some isolated messages issued in the name of the CSSF, have been floated on the Internet. These messages have not been originated by the CSSF.
