Warning concerning the website www.eps-gestion.com

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.eps-gestion.com where an entity offers investment services under the name of Essential or Essential Portfolio Selection.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity, which presents itself on this website as a specialised wealth management firm, is not regulated by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to specify that the undertaking for collective investment, Essential Portfolio Selection, which is incorporated under Luxembourg law, duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the provisions of the Law of 17 December 2010 relating to undertakings for collective investment, has no relation with the website referred to in this warning.
