Warning concerning the websites www.fifty3management.com and www.53-management.com

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the websites www.fifty3management.com and www.53-management.com where an entity offers investment services and pretends to be established at 20, rue de la Poste L-2346 Luxembourg and regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.
The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself on these websites as 53Management is not regulated by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
The CSSF would like to point out that the société à responsabilité limitée (private limited company), 53 Management S.à r.l., SICAV-FIS, duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the provisions of the Law of 13 February 2007 relating to specialised investment funds, is not related to the websites referred to in this warning.
