The Commission de Surveillance su Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website https://secure.octogone-europe-sa.com and of emails sent by one or more persons via the address format “firstname.surname@octogone-europe-sa.com” in order to offer investment services by misusing the name of the Luxembourg investment firm Octogone Europe S.A.

The CSSF would like to specify that the investment firm Octogone Europe S.A., duly authorised in Luxembourg in accordance with the Law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector and subject to the CSSF’s supervision, is not related to the above-mentioned website nor to the person(s) using the email address format referred to in this warning.
