Warning regarding fraudulent activities misusing the name of the investment firm Alpha Patrimoine S.A.

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.alphapat-s.com and unknown persons contacting without solicitation, or via social networks, potential investors by presenting themselves under the name “Alpha Patrimoine” or “Alpha Patrimoine Solution” and by offering investment services, including so-called term passbooks or diversified passbooks “Alpha Patrimoine”. In doing so, they pretend to work for the investment firm governed by Luxembourg laws Alpha Patrimoine S.A. making fraudulent use of its name and address and send emails in the following formats Initial.Name@alphapatrimoine.eu, contact@alphapatrimoine.eu and surname.firstname@alphapat-s.com.

The CSSF would like to specify that the investment firm Alpha Patrimoine S.A., duly authorised in Luxembourg in accordance with the Law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector and subject to the CSSF’s supervision, is not related to the person(s) using the email address formats referred to in this warning.
