The CSSF warns the public of the website https://cfss.lu/ where a so-called “supervisory authority” presents itself under the name “CFSS” and as being a “public body which ensures the supervision of professionals and products of the Luxembourg financial sector”.

The CSSF would like to specify that such an authority does not exist in Luxembourg.
