Sample of credit institutions and investment firms in scope of the EBA data collection exercise on benchmarking of diversity practices

The CSSF informs credit institutions and investment firms in scope of Circular CSSF 24/858, which applies the European Banking Authority (“EBA”) Guidelines on benchmarking of diversity practices, including diversity policies and gender pay gap, under Directive 2013/36/EU and Directive (EU) 2019/2034 (EBA/GL/2023/08), that the sample of credit institutions and investment firms for the data collection exercise carried out in 2025 regarding 2024 data has been published on the EBA website.
