DORA – Extension of the submission deadline for register of information – eDesk Portal open until 31 May 2025

As indicated in a previous communiqué published on 15 Janvier 2025, financial entities were required to submit their relevant registers of information to the CSSF, then correct and re-submit their registers of information via eDesk until the end of April 2025.

The CSSF announces today that the eDesk procedure remains open to allow financial entities to submit corrected registers until 31 May 2025.

In addition, the CSSF draws the attention of the financial entities to the fact that the ESAs updated some of their validation rules (Overview of technical checks, validation rules and business checks to be applied by the EBA for RoI reporting). Specifically, modifications concern only the tab “technical checks” and are indicated in the column “comments”. We ask financial entities to consult this document. All invalid technical checks will generate error messages and lead to the ESAs’ rejection of the registers. We therefore ask financial entities to first correct problems with technical checks and re-submit the registers. Should other issues not related to “technical checks” be identified, they will have to be fixed as much as possible in a second step and the register re-submitted before the end of May 2025.
