The European Banking Authority (“EBA”) published a Report on simplifying the stacking orders of the EU prudential and resolution framework.

The proposals aim to reduce complexity while preserving resilience and banks’ resolvability, and to ensure the framework remains focused on emerging and materially evolving risks.
