The Council of Europe invites business operators to an online training session regarding the effective implementation of the sanctions/restrictive measures regime on 22 May 2025

This session will focus upon the complexities and challenges of establishing beneficial ownership and control of legal entities, a practical capacity-building session led by an experienced subject matter expert in the field of conducting investigations and identifying ownership and control of companies and other types of legal entities linked to persons designated as sanction targets under EU Sanctions Regulations issued in response to Russia aggression against Ukraine.
