Reporting according to Annex IV to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 231/2013 supplementing Directive 2011/61/EU – Update of the description of the feedback files and controls on the reporting files

The CSSF informs that, following the implementation of the new validation rules regarding the AIFM and AIF reporting files, the document which describes the different feedback files that the senders of the AIFM reporting receive and which also describes the CSSF’s controls of the reporting files has been updated on its website (version 5.07, 30 June 2021).

This document is available at the following address: https://www.cssf.lu/en/periodic-and-non-periodic-transmission-of-information-aifms/#legal-reporting-for-aifms.

Every AIFM and technical agent must receive at least three positive feedback files until all the required controls have been carried out. This does not exclude that the CSSF can subsequently contact the AIFM again regarding the content of the reporting file(s).

Where the AIFM or the technical agent encounters problems with the feedback files and/or error messages, it is invited to inform its service provider thereof and/or to contact the CSSF by sending an email exclusively to aifm_reporting@cssf.lu.
