Warning regarding fraudulent activities misusing the contact details of the Luxembourg company Bellecour Capital

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities misusing the contact details of the company incorporated under Luxembourg law Bellecour Capital.

Unknown persons contact without solicitation possible investors and present themselves using the name “Bellecour Capital”. These persons offer notably a savings account called “BCP”. In doing so, they send emails with the address format contact@bellecour-capital.com, pretend to be regulated by the CSSF and misuse the name and address of the company Bellecour Capital.

The CSSF would like to specify that the company Bellecour Capital, a specialised investment fund subject to the provisions of the Law of 13 February 2007 relating to specialised investment funds and an alternative investment fund manager registered within the meaning of the Law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers, is not related to these activities.
