Warning concerning the website www.egisinvestment.com

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.egisinvestment.com and of emails sent by unknown persons with the address format “Firstname@egisinvestment.com” to offer investment services.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself on this website under the name Egis Investment is not supervised by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to specify that the company Egis Investment, incorporated under Luxembourg law, registered with the CSSF as alternative investment fund manager pursuant to the Law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers, is not related in any way to the above-mentioned website, nor with the persons using the email format referred to in this warning.
