Following the publication of Circular CSSF 21/773 in June 2021, the CSSF launched in June 2022 a self-assessment exercise with a sample of 15 banks, to assess bank’s compliance with the expectations of the Circular. In June 2023, we presented the main outcomes of this exercise during a joint webinar organised with ABBL.
