This section brings together a selection of studies in the form of thematic reviews, reports and working papers authored by the CSSF experts and designed to help the relevant stakeholders navigate the latest developments in the fund industry.

Thematic reviews published by the CSSF summarise the results of an in-depth analysis of a particular fund industry-related topic, outline the main observations and set forth the appropriate recommendations and improvements for the financial sector and supervised entities.

This section provides access to the CSSF’s latest studies and reports related to its supervisory missions. These studies and reports cover key developments and current trends in the investment funds industry and contribute to discussions with all relevant stakeholders.

Working papers disseminate research relevant to the CSSF’s various missions and competences, and provide a conceptual and empirical basis for policy-making. The working papers constitute “work in progress”; they are published to stimulate discussion, share knowledge on the Luxembourg financial markets and contribute to the advancement of the CSSF’s supervisory practice. They are addressed to experts, so readers should be knowledgeable in finance and/or statistics.
