1° transposing Directive (EU) 2021/2167 of the European Parliament and of the Council of du 24 November 2021 on credit servicers and credit purchasers, and amending Directives 2008/48/EC and 2014/17/EU;

– the Law of 27 July 2003 on the trust and on fiduciary contracts;
– the amended Law of 4 December 1967 on income tax;
– the amended Law of 16 October 1934 on wealth tax;
– the amended Law of 12 February 1979 on value added tax;
(e) the amended Law of 5 August 2005 on financial collateral arrangements;
(f) the amended Law of 18 December 2015 on the failure of credit institutions and certain investment firms.
