Investment fund industry reporting

This section sets out the various periodic and non-periodic information to be sent to the CSSF by investment fund managers and investment funds and vehicles.

Entities placed under the supervision of the CSSF are required to send the CSSF periodic data relating to their activities on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis.

The aim of data collection is to establish a precise understanding of the investment fund industry and to anticipate the identification of emerging trends and developments.

It is also essential to ensure prudent and effective supervision of the sector.
