    on the transfer of non-performing loans, and:

    1° transposing Directive (EU) 2021/2167 of the European Parliament and of the Council of du 24 November 2021 on credit servicers and credit purchasers, and amending Directives 2008/48/EC and 2014/17/EU;
    2° implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2036 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 and Directive 2014/59/EU as regards the prudential treatment of global systemically important institutions with a multiple-point-of-entry resolution strategy and methods for the indirect subscription of instruments eligible for meeting the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities;
    3° amending:
    (a) the Consumer Code;
    (b) the amended Law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector;
    (c) the amended Law of 23 December 1998 establishing a financial sector supervisory commission (“Commission de surveillance du secteur financier”);
    (d) the amended Law of 22 March 2004 on securitisation and amending
    – the amended Law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector;
    – the amended Law of 23 December 1998 establishing a financial sector supervisory commission (“Commission de surveillance du secteur financier”);
    – the Law of 27 July 2003 on the trust and on fiduciary contracts;
